Hi I don't know where to go for this problem so I came here. I am a member and have been for years. I have been going to the vault at the grand exchange and getting 3 keys a day for a long time now. The thing is about 2 weeks ago I could no longer get into the vault at the grand exchange and I now only get 2 keys a day. I still have a few months left on my membership so can someone tell me why this has happened. LORNA-7

Hi Lorna7, this indicates your Premier Club membership has expired and your account is now back to regular Membership.
Premier Club is now available again until late February next year. Upgrading to this will grant you 1 year access to vault, 3 daily keys and more benefits that you can read about here !
