Hi, my membership failed to renew recently, and I haven't been on for a few weeks, so I had no idea. It sucks because I had a continuous membership since 2010, and now my profile picture is gone which was from rs2.
I renewed it just now as soon as I found out, but I was grandfathered in at the price of membership back in 2010 and obviously had a 6-7 year streak going, and the last thing I want to do is ruin that.
I had like 5 messages about billing failure because the card was outdated or something, and it's been a week or two. Does anyone (preferrably a jmod) know if this messed up my streak/grandfathered price? It really sucks to log in and find this, so anything will help.
I notice it still says Aug 2010 next to my name, so I don't know if that means anything.
