I have an excisting membership until january 9th, and for some reason I can't axcess the vault portal thing at GE anymore. I can join VIP world, get membership rewards at YakTrack etc. But for some reson the portal keeps saying I need to be a member to enter.
So I just bought the new 12 month membership, since I needed to get the shard anyway.
Nothing. Not a shard, not the Sol pet, not eny tokens. Membership says 9th of january 2022 still.
Still can't acess the portal.
But I got a recipt on my mail for the membership, and I have been charged.
What is happening?

It sounds like you may have purchased a regular 12 month membership, instead of the Premier Club.

On the Premier Club Refunds, Transfers and Everything in between! page in the Support Centre, under "Transfers", the "I’ve accidentally purchased a standard membership instead of Premier Club, what should I do?" question has a link and instructions for how to resolve that.

I have the same problem.

I paid for Premier Club for 2020, which was to expire in January 2021.
However, In November of 2020, I purchased Premier Club for 2021. I was expecting this membership, to be extended to 12 months after the last date from the 2020 Premier club membership. However, I am now registered as regular membership only. I did not purchase a regular membership. Please rectify this situation.

You need to message Billing Support to get them to check your account.

Go to the Refunds support page and use the following navigation:
Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
While a refund isn't exactly your issue, Jagex are directing all payment queries about Premier Club to use that contact point.

After Premier Club ends, the account auto reverts to its previous payment subscription.
