Hi, I need some help regarding bonds I've bought yesterday.
I have spent approx. $40 on bonds yesterday from the google app store since it's the only way I can get them. Pre-paid visa/mastercard gift cards don't work and I can't find any Runescape pre-paid cards where I live. (Quebec/Canada). It's been 30 hours since I have bought them and they are not in my account. I have used this account to buy them from the store but still checked if they were onto the Email I used to buy the bonds and unfortunately, they're not on this account, nor on the other account neither.
I have also checked if I could make an order again just in case I had to collect them that way but it says on Google Play that I have already bought the items in question. (3 bond package + 1 bond.)
I need help because frankly, I'm out of options and don't want to get a refund as I never use the app store to buy anything so it's like I have wasted $50.
Can you guys help me with that? What do I do? Thanks!
It's been 48 hours and I have not received anything whatsoever. I have also checked both this account (My main) and my Google play email just in case and I have not received anything.
Why sell bonds on the store if they do not work? I'm not the only one that had this happened to them and I surely won't be the last neither. Google accepted my payment and I don't have the option to buy bonds anymore because of this.
This is a problem on Jagex' part and not Googles. This is extremely disappointing and infuriating.
They should stop selling membership/bonds on Google Play if you can't even get them. I swear it's so complicated to get membership if you don't have a credit card. It's crazy.
I thank you for replying and trying to help, though. I understand you don't have any power to deal with this and it is not your fault.

I had some funds left from my google play account and decided to try getting a week of membership to see if it works... and it worked instantly. I still didn't get my bonds though, which is weird.

Check your bank account. Has the money you paid for those Bonds been returned?
When a purcase fails, the money should be returned.
It won't show as a credit to the account though, it just disappears i.e. the original debit disappears like the whole thing never happened.
I have used a pre-paid google play card to fill up my account. I haven't gotten my money returned nor the bonds after more than four days at this point.
Sounds like I gotta get a refund... This is extremely disappointing. Why even bother putting bonds on sale on the Google Play store if they don't even work? I even have the order numbers /online receipts for both my orders (3 + 1 bonds)
Edit: Payments for the bonds got cancelled (weird.) and I'm going to get my money back at some point, I guess........ Thanks for your help, although I don't understand why the order got cancelled even though I paid for the bonds.

I am glad it is getting resolved and the payment is being returned.
It sounds to me like Jagex declined the purchase.
If so, they would do this for one of two reasons:
* your account had reached its purchase limit
* the purchase threw up a red flag in their online fraud detection software
I actually tried buying the bonds again and it worked. Got them instantly. Maybe they thought it was a red flag at first, payment got cancelled and when I got the membership, they saw it wasn't fraud or something?
Anyway, So yeah, thanks for your help! I'm going to go back scaping now!
