I was hacked about mid May and the hacker used a stolen credit card on my account to buy membership bonds to real world trade for money. I submitted a ticket and told jagex and now a month later the man whos credit card was stolen filed a charge back and now its locked me out of my account and is telling me to pay $330. This was the hacker who did this on my account, not me! I submitted another ticket to jagex to tell them and to get my account unlocked because the hacker is the one who did this and im being penalized for it. Is there anything else i can do to speed this process up? Can a Mod help me in here? my membership has like 5 days left and i cant even play on my account because of this so now im wasting my membership time

its due to an unpaid balance from the stolen credit card owner disputing the charges to his bank. Hacker hacks my account -> uses stolen credit card on MY account to buy bonds -> sells bonds-> owner of STOLEN CARD disputes the charges -> MY account gets unpaid balance issue and i cant log in even though the HACKER did it on MY account.

Just curious, how did you submit a ticket to Jagex? Did you send an email or was it through the support center?

The only way to settle an negative balance like this is through this page: Settle an Unpaid Balance

Read through the section that applies to you, in this case, the "Hijacker caused unpaid balance" section and submit a ticket there. There Jagex will take care of the issue.

Seeing as it was sent a couple of hours ago, you'll have to sit tight while Jagex investigates it. It may take longer than 48 hours due to high volumes of response times, so best be patient in the meantime.

Also, seeing as this is not your first time getting hijacked, you need to secure your computer and accounts to prevent this happening again.

Work through the Securing Your Account page and please do follow each instruction thoroughly.
