Hello everyone!!

So, I'm having a problem, I bought the premier club on my Rs3 Mobile app, because I was at work. I logged in, bought it and kept working. I got home, I'm not VIP I'm not member, anything... So I said to my self, ok, maybe it takes some time, let's wait till the server reset and see if everything is ok, but no, it's not.... I'm kinda mad, and don't get me wrong it's not the money (it affects ofc) but the main reason is that I want to play I wanna start doing the G party hat shards etc... So I had to buy a bond last night to play a bit...

My question is, does someone had they same problem at anytime? Someone knows if I have to wait more time? (48hours already)

Had you ever played through the mobile app before?
If you hadn't it is possible your mobile started you off on a brand new account and this brand new account now has the Premier Club. :|

Do you have any confirmation messages about the purchase? e.g. a confirmation email.
The confirmation email will tell you the display name of the account you bought for.

Another possibility is that you just bought a regular membership instead of Premier Club.
You should be able to confirm exactly what you bought by checking the confirmation email.

Also, the same confirmation message appears in the 'Messages' tab in account management on your account.
Check the 'Messages' tab as it will tell you exactly what was bought.
If there is no confirmation message in the tab, it means you bought for another account.

Post back with what you find and I will refer you to the method to fix the problem.

Yes I'm 100% sure I bought it on this account via the Mobile app. And yes I've played before!! On the email I received was only the Google play confirmation purchase for the 75$ for the Premier Club!!
I have the email in the email registered on this account and on Google play as well, both use the same email. And as I said I was logged on this account at the time of purchase, is there anyway Jager with the purchase code can see if for any weird reason I bought it on another account?????

Ok, now I don't know what to say....

There is no Premier Club membership available for $75 that I can see in among the 16 main currencies used for buying Runescape membership (there might be a lesser used currency that charges $75).

Also, Google Play don't sell Premier Club. O_o

Check that email very carefully and, if there is nothing on your account by now, I recommend you apply to Google Play for a refund as you clearly haven't received what you thought you were buying.

It is possible to buy Premier Club through a Steam account or directly from the website here.

well it was $69,99 and with taxes it was $75 total....

i joined the mobile app game, and i clicked the Premier Club, then i just 1tap pay....

so, you recommend me to just file a refund? have any idea how long does that take????........

$69.99 is the price in USA and Switzerland.
Google Play refunds really quickly, probably within 48 hours.

When you logged in through the app, which button did you click?
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Apple (probably not this one)
- Login with Facebook
- Email / Username

And, when you login through a pc or laptop, how do you normally login?

If you picked a different login choice from how you usually login on pc/laptop, it is quite possible you were on a newly created account.

I always use email/username to logging with my account! Everywhere on mobile, on PC, etc!

But I followed your advice I already filed a refund, waiting on a response and I bought it once again via steam!!

UPDATE

Google play say they can't refund what I paid for the premier club.... So, I would love if Jagex could help me find out what's going on!!! As I said, yesterday I manage to spend another $70+ on the premier club membership.... I don't wanna waste this kind of money when it's supposed to be a cheaper way to get my full year membership!!!

To message Billing Support, start on the Refunds support page and use this navigation:
Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund

If you now have Premier Club on your account, then that other Premier Club has definitely gone to another account as you can't buy it twice for the same account.

I suspect that your mobile login didn't take you to the right account, instead it took you to a new account.

I don't know how Jagex Billing Support will deal with this, maybe they will identify the other account and push the refund through. You should copy in your payment confirmation email from Google Play and tell Jagex Billing Support you don't know where that payment ended up!
