I tried to purchase bonds on nov 2nd via paypal. Paypal says it is on Jagex's end? They are ready to pay but your not ready to accept it? So is this true, or is paypal full of it? And if it is on your end when will you have it fixed. I am canceling payment later today, tired of waiting.
