You might be able to buy Premier Club through the Apple Pay store.
If you can't do so right now, try again next week.

You won't be able to buy Premier Club membership directly through the website here if you have an app based subscription going.

If you still can't get Premier Club through the app store, you might have to wait until your cancelled membership is all used up and your account returned to F2p.

The only way to get the membership fully removed is through a refund.
HOWEVER, if the membership has started being used, a refund cannot be given.
You might be able to swing a refund if you have literally only just paid but, if you have started using the membership and use it daily, there is no refund possible.

Premier Club will remain available for sale (usually) until the end of February.
You will still get the full twelve months plus extras regardless of whether you buy it now or in three months time.

so there is a difference actually because if you have it before the Christmas event then you get a free peace of the gold party hat as well as an event reset witch gives you another peace so you save 30m in game on one peace at least just for having it and later on that could be a collector item and I do use it daily bc I paid for it and I don't understand why they cant just take my money and add it on

I tried to get in contact with them and they told me they couldn't do anything on the jagex sever other then make a subscription and cancel them but they could not get rid of the remaining days the mod at jagex would need to. But how do I contact them?

To message Billing Support, start on the Refunds support page.
Navigation: Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund

I know that navigation above doesn't sound like the right pathway to take but it will get you through to the Billing Support JMods and you can request that they fully remove the residual membership from your account.

Also, you may have to be patient waiting for a reply.
The usual reply time is within 2 days but, at times like this (the release of a new Premier Club) the waiting time can extend out for several days longer.
