Hi

Last year, around this time I was on a 3 month subscription so I bought the premier club which gave me an extra year but it started from January this year. I have noticed that although I am subscribed till Jan 22, Jagex still labels me as being on a 3 month subscription. I can't enable the chat badge and I am unsure if I have missed out anything.

I want to subscribe to another premier club but I want to make sure it is labelled as premier club (for many reasons, one beong to get the party hat fragment).

Can anyone help get my subscription to correctly label what I have?

When you buy Premier Club, it takes precedence over any current membership you have.
So, if you were (for example) half way through a three month membership, buying Premier Club would pause the three month membership and that three month membership would resume when your Premier Club time finished.

It sounds like your Premier Club time has finished and you are back on the regular membership.
If you buy 2022 Premier Club, it will start straight away and your residual three month membership will pause again.
