Since the last Yak Trak I have been trying to get help with this issues I’ve been having, I’ve twittered about, even tried seeing if there was an email. I need help because when I try to purchase bonds I can’t, it says I don’t meet the requirements even though I have a membership, then I try to upgrade to the new membership plan and it won’t let me, then I try to reset my password and it can’t find my account based on my email and I have all the recipes and game time showing I have clearly been playing the game and logged in.
I try account recovery to reset my password, it never sends me a recovery email nor can it find it. So instead I try searching for user account with my username, and nothing happened. Someone please help me. I love this game and wanna continue playing, I feel bummed that I have not been able to purchase bonds or anything and wasn’t able to complete the last yak track the way I wanted, because I could not purchase bonds even though I pay monthly ($11 a month)
Who do I contact for help with this? I can’t find a direct number or email to get to someone directly.
