When i try to purchase premier club on my ironman account it says there's nothing im eligible for in here...

Hi, do you currently have an active subscription through Google / Apple?
It's not possible to apply additional membership to accounts with those subscriptions. If you have one, please cancel the subscription through your provider. It's possible they can reset your remaining days of membership so that you can get Premier Club right away. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !

i already have a yearly account but i am unable to upgrade to the premier club. I do not have the bonds or money in game to purchase them. How can i upgrade? please help this is the 3rd time i have tried to upgrade

I am having the same issue. I do not have a mobile subscription, but it still will not let me upgrade to premier club membership. Keeps telling me I am not eligible for any items in this category.

You need to check either your Google Play or Apple Pay accounts to see what is going on.

That error message means you do have an active subscription which needs to be cancelled before you can buy Premier Club.
If you have already cancelled, you just need to wait until the membership is fully used up and the account returned to F2p.

However, I have triple checked and do not have a Google or Apple subscription that would cause this. So I am not sure why I am still having this problem.

If you want to message Billing Support to get them to check your account, go to the Refunds support page and use this navigation: Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
(I know a refund isn't the issue but that page is the page to start on when the question is about Premier Club).

I have the same issue, I bought on IOS. My membership expired on the 30th and it’s just past midnight so it’s the 1st of December here now. I knew I’d have to wait out the membership, I’m wondering how long do I have to wait before this is unusual and an actual problem? I can log into a f2p world but no p2p, and it won’t let me buy membership/premier.
