Bought premier right after update. Recieved the following items: full year, some tokens, 1000 oddments, 150 000 loyalty points.

Did not recieve premier aura (talked with diango too). When I try to refresh aura it claims I'm not premier club.

Did not recieve bank space extra for premier club.

In benefit menues it doesnt state that Im a premier club member. I have bought it it and money was withdrawn from my credit card.

Same happened to me. I did get the premier club monthly package, the unicorn pet, the outfit, the tokens, but not the aura thingy, nor can I enter premier vault, and It says I am member but not premier club member. My receipt says I bought premier club membership, but weird that I am member only til sept 2023. I became regular member this sept.

If I payed for a year of premier club, shouldnt it say nov 2023?

Also, I got the loyalty points, but not the bankspace. I do not have mobile membership thingy, nor apple...seen something about that being an issue.

When I check members benefits under marketplace, I can go to the page where you get premier membership, but it says: You are not eligible for any items in this category

No it should say nov 2022, since it's 2022 next year mate :)

bumping, I still have issues with the game stating I'm not a premier club member even though I paid for it fully and recieved most rewards/ items except premier aura and extra bankspace.

How do I start a ticket, I've tried for 20 minutes navigating through premier support without finding a way to get hold of jagex support or at least submit a ticket.
