I went to buy the Premier Club Membership, and I'm still not able to buy? Ive been buying the Premier Membership with my PayPal card for a couple of years now. Its my only way of paying for stuff online.

Is it because of the auto pay? It says I will be rebilled every 12 months until I decide to cancel.
