i purchased membership through paypal on the 30/03/2023 for my account. played for around 6-8 hours with no problem. The next day i went to log in and its saying that im not a member. yet when i check my in game mail box it still shows that i have a confirmation for my membership?
Check your bank records. Has the payment been returned?
Check the account you logged in on, is it the same account (same display name) as the account where you see the confirmation of purchase? You may have accidentally logged in to another account.
Thanks for your reply, the moment hasn’t be returned it’s still been processed through PayPal and through my bank. And it hasn’t been put into a wrong account as I have the confirmation message in my inbox of my account.
Contacted support and they have been no help, and haven’t heard back from the support section that I sent off on the 30th of march

Here is another person this OP, that has the same issue with membership that I have and just responded to you about regarding this same issue on another post. They're is a problem and the people you are helping are the corporate jagex people not the paying players that's paid yet can't play in a members world we are trying to play in.
Please ask for assistance because you aren't helping us at the moment
