I've had a active reoccurring subscription for several years now. My payment method shows as successful and I confirmed that the money left my account. However I can't access any membership content.
When in account management, it shows that I have an active membership. On mobile it tells me at the store page that I already have an active membership.
Check back in account management.
Does the membership say
"recurring"
or does it say
"member until"
Check the 'Messages' tab.
Is the most recent payment confirmed with a message?
Has your card recently expired and been replaced with a new card?
If it has, you would need to set up a new subscription with the new card (new expiry date).
