I received a message in my RS inbox from Mod Neong and also an email regarding a discount for those affected by the
login lockout
and Premier ClubMembership. I bought the membership yesterday (Nov 15) and received the email and inbox message today (Nov 16). The link that is in the email and the inbox message doesn't help at all. It takes me to 'Refund' section of Customer Support, but nothing listed applies to me or this issue.
Could someone provide a helpful link to find out how to resolve this?
