There seems to be no way a bank can separate out payments on more than one account.
We cancelled payment on a redundant account as the bank could not see any difference between the 2 payments they cancelled both(all).
Could jagex apply an Identification Number to each account so the banks know which is which.
It might not usually be a problem but we have no password and the email address is equally redundant.
( I am now trying to fix my account and the help is not helping)
