Hello, I’ve already cancelled my Apple subscription for membership. I have 4 days remaining and it will not allow me to purchase premier membership due to this. Can you guys PLEASE cancel my remaining few days so I can purchase premier today ? I’m begging you to help.
Hi, unfortunately this is an issue with Apple that Jagex is unable to help with.
Apple can reset your subscription by requesting a refund. But, as you only have 4 remaining days they might not be able to grant your wish.

Apple, Google etc. do not allow additional subscriptions to be added on top - this is a limitation on their end, unfortunately.
This can be avoided by purchasing through the website or in-game bonds going forwards!
Edit: sorry, it appears you'll have to request a refund through Jagex instead as I've read someone else having the same issue who were asked by Apple to contact Jagex instead.
