if i have a billing questions is it the same process as other in runescape? you send a message and wait for auto to reply then after weeks of no contact some thing finally comes thru your inbox?

or is there a way to take care of a matter quickly?

back a few month ago i bought a year membership

yet i keep getting messages they are withdrawing the payment

now i got a message saying the payment did not go thru ( paid for the entire year in advance ) so i should not have gotten this message , it has not been a year since i got the year membership

not really sure what to do about this cause i am confused on what exactly is happening

Billing Support JMods do not do automated responses.
They can take up to 48 hours to reply in normal times. In busy times, they take longer but the longest in recent times was only a few days longer.

To troubleshoot, start by working through the points on the Unknown transaction support page and, if you need to message Billing Support, use the 'Contact Us' button.
