if i have a billing questions is it the same process as other in runescape? you send a message and wait for auto to reply then after weeks of no contact some thing finally comes thru your inbox?
or is there a way to take care of a matter quickly?
back a few month ago i bought a year membership
yet i keep getting messages they are withdrawing the payment
now i got a message saying the payment did not go thru ( paid for the entire year in advance ) so i should not have gotten this message , it has not been a year since i got the year membership
not really sure what to do about this cause i am confused on what exactly is happening
