Can someone please tell me how to contact customer support directly. I've been working a lot in recent times and logged in almost 2 weeks ago and bonded my account. Then after about an hour it was banned as i didn't realise that the client i was using was against JAGEX C.o.C.
Now the Account has been Un banned however the bond is finished. This is rediculous. The use of third party clients is fair however if an account is inactive then once reactivated the bond should be re-activated
can someone please advise me what is the best way to forward this on, as every attempt via the main page prompts automatic messages which do not lead to any form of contact
