Can someone please tell me how to contact customer support directly. I've been working a lot in recent times and logged in almost 2 weeks ago and bonded my account. Then after about an hour it was banned as i didn't realise that the client i was using was against JAGEX C.o.C.
Now the Account has been Un banned however the bond is finished. This is rediculous. The use of third party clients is fair however if an account is inactive then once reactivated the bond should be re-activated

can someone please advise me what is the best way to forward this on, as every attempt via the main page prompts automatic messages which do not lead to any form of contact

I suspect you have lost out on this one. :(

Did you buy the Bond in-game with gp? If you did, then membership is considered to have been free.

Did you buy the Bond online with real world money? If you did, Clause 11. JAGEX STOPPING YOUR ACCOUNT in the Terms & Conditions (linked at the bottom of this page) covers what happens in a situation like this.
Quote from Clause 11: "UPON REASONABLE NOTICE TO YOU (AND WITHOUT REASON), JAGEX MAY STOP ANY ACCOUNT AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND FOR ANY AMOUNTS PAID IN CONNECTION WITH THE ACCOUNT."
Plain English: Membership is forfeited during a ban.

If you still want to take it up with Billing Support (only if you paid real world money) and contest the definition of "reasonable notice", start on the Request a Refund page and use this navigation: No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
