Premier token items missing?

Morning All,

I'm unsure if I've done something wrong of if I've encountered a glitch.

I just purchased Premier and received all of the items. I used all 3 tokens for 2 cosmetic outfits and a pet. The dialogue said to speak to Diango in Draynor.

I have done so but none of the items I've selected appear in his option menu and my tokens have been used up. Have I missed a step?

ok update - thanks to some useful players in-game.

For anyone else wondering how to access this:

Cosmetics are found under 'warddrobe" in your customization menu.
Pets are found in the pets menu under the customization menu.

Excuse my ignorance - I used to play RS1, RS3 is incredibly different.
