upgrading to premier gold

I just loged in and got all the daily benifits of my premier silver membership. i loged out and came back an hour later. I wanted to upgrade to gold today, but now it doesnt show up as an option for bonds. I have the 10 bonds in my pouhc. What can i do to upgrade, ive looked through all of the options in the shop when i click redeem on a bond. I know you can upgrade to gold still, i buy the bonds when they are cheap and get 6 months at a time. Not sure what to do now.

Has your Silver Premier membership just run out?
You have to upgrade before Silver finishes as Premier upgrade options are no longer visible once Silver is finished.

If you want to get some assistance from Billing Support, use the 'Contact Us' button on the Refunds support page.
(I know a refund isn't what you are after but that contact point is the one to use in this situation)
Navigation: Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund
