I recently renewed my annual subscription with my head in the clouds apparently. I noticed my sub was running out and apparently panicked and didn't think about the Premier Club at all
When I tried to enter the Premier portal I was denied. Is there a way to resubmit my annual subscription as a Premier Club member? I do enjoy the benefits and have been enrolled the past two years.
There are two different pathways for paying, depending whether you want the regular subscription or whether you want Premier Club.
The only way to access the Premier Club payment system is via the banner ad on the website homepage.
If you go directly into account management and head to the payment system that way, you won't see Premier Club, just the ordinary memberships.
If you want to swap, you will need to message Billing Support and get them to assist.

support page and click on the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
