I can't purchase premier club

I'm playing in Australia. It's showing up at a price of $109.99 - but whenever I click to purchase and login, I get the message:

'One or more of the items could not be added to your basket, this may be because you already own the item or it is unavailable at this time. Please get in touch if you require further assistance.'

I have searched everywhere and can't see where I can get in touch with support.

Any ideas?

If you are still unable to purchase Gold Premier, it may be because you have an active mobile app based membership.
