I have 20+ bonds and was going to get a year of membership again. does anyone know if they stopped bonds for the year now?

What membership package are you currently subscribed with? My understanding is that the Premier Club membership currently being offered is not available to players who purchased a Premier Club membership package for 2021 during the "Open Season" (November 16, 2020 thru March 1, 2021), however existing Premier Club Silver package members can upgrade to the Gold package.
