You can not buy 1 month of premier, it was either 3, 6 or 12 months which was from about Nov last year till about Feb this year. You must have normal 1 month membership which is why you can not do the vault.
It should not make any difference you have normal membership and should be able to buy 12 months of the summer premier. Try again in a day or 2 sometimes the systems are a bit slow or you can click the support tab at the top of this page then go to Payments and membership and go from there.
Not sure if you have a active mobile membership but for some reason you can not buy premier if you do and may need to turn that off first.
Another option is to save up about 20 bonds and buy next years premier when that comes out in about 3 months and just buy normal membership till then.
