Never received Bond 4 days now

I paid for a bond the money was taken out of the account and is shown as spent, not pending. I've checked both osrs and rs3, Bank, inventory bond pouch, I never saw it. I just really want to play members, I've been waiting for 4 days now.

If you bought through the Google Play app, try the troubleshooting on the Common Mobile Payment Issues under "Membership / Item not added to account"

If you bought directly from the website, check that you have a confirmation email about the purchase.
The confirmation email will tell you the display name of the account you bought the Bond on and the exact Bond type you bought (RuneScape or Old School Bond).
