Cannot log into mt account because of unpaid balance on the account not made by me. I already submitted through jaggex support. And read all accompanied form links posted on previous forum post.


Please help.

I assume you are referring to a ticket that you submitted through the Support Centre? If so, that's the right way to go--you should get a response soon (usually 1-2 days)
