this account's membership payment never processed correctly after recieving membership for 2 days. after 2 days my 11.99$ was deposited into my bank. The bank claims no blocks or charge back was given. so the screw up is on jagex's end as usual. my other 11 accounts payed for membership flawlessly.
interac was broken too (probably the banks fault) so i was forced to use paysafecard to pay the unsettled balance. now i can log in again. thing is i dont have an active subscription. the only two options im given now is paysafe or interac. Are debit and credit options banned from my account now because the other accounts i have display4 payment options. this one only paysafe and interac./ appreciate the help. but either way jagex is getting half the money i give them from now on. Converting to bonds for free membership because of this archaic system they employ.
WE ALL KNOW ITS JAGEX OR THE BANK THAT SCREWED UP ( MY BET IS JAGEX'S WEBSITE). I NEVER ASKED FOR A CHARGEBACK AND THEY CLAIM THEY MADE NO EFFORT TO DO SO, SAYING THAT ITS ON JAGEX'S SIDE THATS THE PROBLEM! i HAVE SCREEN SHOTS OF THE LIVE CHAT PERSON AT TD BANK SAYING ITS NOT THEM THAT IS THE PROBLEM. THANKS AGAIN
