Hey, so I just started playing again a couple of months ago but I missed the last premier club offer. So I bought a year of regular membership like 2 weeks ago, is there a way to pay the difference or something like that to upgrade to premier club?

I don't think it can be done as Premier Club needs to be bought through the link on the website homepage. This is because it comes with all the extra perks and Billing Support can't just tweak your account to add the perks, they are added into the system after you buy Premier Club through the link.

If you message Billing Support, they might be able to offer you a partial refund on the 12 month membership. Then you would buy Premier Club via the link.

To message Billing Support, start on the Refunds support page and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
Navigation: Contact Us -> No -> Jagex -> Request a Refund

note: the Refunds support page is the starting point for any contacts about Premier Club.
