I have not been online for a while but I was still paying my membership, I've noticed today that my account had lost it's subscription some time in march. I went online to check it out and I've found that my account had been hacked and someone had racked up nearly £500 in debt to jagex buying bonds on my account. I am now unable to log in until (as far as I am aware) I pay this debt off... My subscription was also only £5.99 a month since I got my subscription and kept it before the increase... So, what can I do to clear this debt off and possible stop this from happening in the future?

You need to message Billing Support about this problem.
Go to the Settle an Unpaid Balance support page and follow the instructions down the bottom under "Hijacker caused unpaid balance" .

Billing Support will check your account and, if they find the debt has been incurred by a hijacker, they will remove it and make the account playable again.

You MUST review your email, device and account security though as someone knows your login and password.
