i paid for my membership and bonds at the same time received the membership and no bonds and i thought ok might just take a little bit waited 30min logged out 2s just in case still nothing and jagex support prompts dont help at all no way of contacting them and was resorted to come to the forums and hopefully someone from jagex can sort this out... thanks.

Actually, it does help. Their Billing Support Customer Care Team is top-notch and they will do anything in their power to assist you. You probably were not looking in the right place. In order to get helped, you should follow the instructions found on this Support page: Find my Bonds . If it doesn't help, then scroll down and hit the
"Contact Us"
button to get in touch with them.

You will get a response within 48 hours :) .
