I have this issue.... literally every year. The new support chat bot doesn't understand me.

I have so much membership paid for on my account - that I literally cannot extend it. Because I cannot extend my membership, I can't purchase Premier Club. You will need to message Billing Support via the 'Contact Us' button on the Transfer purchase support page.

Do you own other accounts? It might be possible to arrange for spare membership to be transferred across to another account to reduce your future paid up time. This might enable you to purchase Premier Membership.
