Hey. Every month Jagex took about 10€ from me and i don't know which that pay is. I have now this new account and i haven't bought membership or anything else for this account. I can't log in my old account to check is there something which pays. I can't log in my old account because i can't remember that email address and my phone has changed so i can't get authenticator code and because i haven't anything other recovery email or something i can't get new password. Yeah, there is "Cancel Subscription if you don't have access to your account" but that doesn't works. If i put that, nothing happens. So what i can do anymore? I NEED HELP!

Well, i checked my bank infos, and that 9,49 payment has been took from december 2020 to this time, every month. So it can't be my old account payment because i have played my old account last time maybe july 2020. So what i have to do? Somebody using my debit card or something?
