I purchased membership using the Bond Pouch > Buy Membership using my mobile device. As the site recommends I waited 24 hours for the membership to activate which still hasnt worked. I also have not received a confirmation email but have proof in my Bank History showing where the payment was successfully processed.
I am posting this here due to the fact I cannot get in contact with anyone from Jagex Support.
If anyone has any recommendations on what to do to resolve this issue please let me know.
