I bought the Double Daily Keys on Saturday. Didn't receive them. Put in a support ticket, haven't heard back. Still haven't received the keys I paid for.
Looking at the support pages doesn't help solve my problem, as I already have a ticket and the pages just tell me to put in a support ticket. (Ticket number is 3276702.) Someone please help?
If you have made a purchase, it will be confirmed with an email to the registered email of your account and also with a message inside your 'Messages' tab in account management.
Check that you have received a confirmation email and, if you have, read it carefully as it will tell you exactly what has been bought and for which account.
If you don't have a confirmation email, check in the 'Messages' tab to see if there is a confirmation message in there.
If there is no confirmation message, it means the purchase was unsuccessful.
Also, check any other accounts you own in case the purchase was made for the wrong account.
Ticket response times are delayed at the moment.
Usually a response would be received within 48 hours but if they are running behind, it can take up to a week.
