hello, little over a week ago i wasnt able to log into my account due to unpaid balance of 420 dollars and i have two random credit cards on my account that arent mine. i always bought bonds through the ge and never received an email for a purchase. i dont understand how this 420 dollar balance has come about. i tried to reach out to support havent heard anything back hoping to get some help on here thank you

The only way to get assistance in this specific matter is to send Jagex a message through the Settle an Unpaid Balance Support article. Once you get there, scroll down to "
Contact Us
" and follow the prompts thereafter. If this is how you already contacted them, then it's a matter of waiting right now. If you did not use this method, then by all means send them a message to have them look at the situation for you.

You should hear back within 48 hours; however, please be advised that their responses may be delayed ( Delayed response times ) due to the login lookout aftercare .

Send another message and ask about the remaining $40.
