Hi, i want to know why i received Jagex Support Message in my mailbox a week ago?

The service mail contains topics about request payment block, and disable account request.
Is this legit automated mail after too much mtx is done in one day?
Or is there a possibility that a hijacker had access to my mailbox and contacted Jagex, without my knowledge, to request account deletion?
I never requested such mail from Jagex. And therefor would like to know how the mail got in my inbox?
Please let community helper or Moderator answer this post, my paranoia level is 10/10.
side note, today i lost my mobile phone with authenticator. And therefor did 2x recovery appeal. Please ignore those 2x appeal because i found my mobile phone back.

Re the recoverys: Don't worry about them. If they failed then no further action is required. If a recovery was successful, you may have to reset your account password.
