Hello,

So i can buy keys and frozen hearts for RS3, but I cannot buy Bonds. I get the error message that my card info is wrong (though I use the same card to buy keys right after). I called my bank and they said the attempted purchase did not trigger an error code for them and suggested it was the vendor.

Are bonds just unavailable to purchase?

It sounds like you have hit the Bonds purchase limit for your account.
Jagex sets a limit on micro transaction purchases, particularly Bonds, due to the incidence of online fraud.

You will have to wait, it may be days or a week, before you can purchase Bonds again.

This just happened to me. They layout of the card info page changed today. I bought a few bonds and then it said I couldn't buy anymore. Came on the forum to see how common it is and what to expect. Thanks Malula, I hope it is only for a few days or a week.

The limit seems to be about 30 bonds a day as I've tried purchasing bonds a few days ago and wouldn't let me succeed that amount. So, just take it a few days at a time.
