I purchased bonds yesterday through the website and it did not appear immediately like it usually does. I started looking around in support and saw that it could take 24 hours so I waited the 24 hours and now they are still not on my account. I also cannot find a way to get into contact with Jagex directly. The money has been taken out of my account and I am unsure of what to do now. I also have the email from jagex saying the order was confirmed. Any help would be awesome.
