I purchased bonds yesterday through the website and it did not appear immediately like it usually does. I started looking around in support and saw that it could take 24 hours so I waited the 24 hours and now they are still not on my account. I also cannot find a way to get into contact with Jagex directly. The money has been taken out of my account and I am unsure of what to do now. I also have the email from jagex saying the order was confirmed. Any help would be awesome.

Make sure you didn't buy bonds on the wrong account, or wrong version of the game.

So I just checked and I accidentally got them on my rs3 account. How can I get them transferred to my osrs account?

Did this ever get resolved? I had the same issue and contacted jagex almost 5 days ago which they said they would reply to me via email within 48 hours. still nothing.

The last I heard was that messages to Billing Support were taking about one week to be replied to.
Normally the reply time is within 48 hours but recent events (login lockout) have caused huge backlogs in the ticket system.
