Converted bond. No Runecoins.

Hi,
Not sure if General is where my post belongs, but I need help.

I just converted a non-tradable bond to 195 Runecoins. I got the confirmation dialogbox and chose the "go to Solomon's Store" option. But no Runecoins added.

Restarted the client, no luck.
Completely signed out of my account, then back in, still no Runecoins.

The non-tradable Bond was consumed, it's no longer in my inventory.

Not sure what you mean by other account.
In any case, it's I think more than 3 hrs now and still no Runecoins nor Bond return.

What convinced me the conversion had occurred is the fanfare dialogbox telling me 195 rcoins have been added.
On logout and return, no rcoins actually added,
Have checked several times the past few hrs, still nothing.

Is it because I used a non-tradable bond?

Hey 9un5hot, exactly the same issue I have had with redeeming a bond for 14 days membership I used it and afterwards the bond got consumed but when I had to switch to a members world it said that I had no access as there was no membership added.
My account is a 'Returned Account' but somehow Jagex/JMods weren't able to find any traces back.

Please do record this to Jagex/JMods as a 'bug' and you might refer to me in your report as-well and Mod Bones, as he was the last one I had contact with.
Somehow the 'bond-process' seem to be broken.

Hey there guys ! thank god i'm not the only one stuck with this. Exchanged 1 bond for 195Rc too and haven't seen em anywhere. Been login in and off many times since yesterday after-noon when i used the bond. Nothing so far. I'm also a ''Returned'' player. Thanks for any help in advance :) !

Is there a way to mark this thread as resolved?
Jagex support sorted out my issue. Runecoins I expected off Bond conversion have been added to my account.
2_Tron and Ashen Haired, hope your cases are resolved soon if not already.
