I was highjacked recently and had to resolve an unpaid balance. I was paying $5 a month because I've been playing for 13+ years and after this hijacking I'm unable to continue paying the lower rate. The admin (Mod Neong) who contacted me to resolve the hijacking has not responded to my questions about this issue even once in the past 8 days. I have to renew my membership in 2 days and I'm rather upset because my mom me and my brother have put more than $1300 into this game over the past 13 years and it's silly that I would have to stop my lower rate because I was hacked.

I would really appreciate a response as soon as possible because I don't want to stop playing Runescape over something like this.

Due to lingering issues from the Login Lockout problem of seven weeks ago, reply times are quite delayed at the moment. Billing Support is taking a week or more to respond to tickets.

In a case like yours, shadestorm, it's best to just pay for one month at the full rate and take the price hit while you wait.
The reason for this is, you need to demonstrate a commitment to continuing your membership. It's a good look when Billing Support eventually get around to checking your account.
