Adding new credit card number

I and my husband have the 12 month premier account paid for up until end of December. We have just got a new credit card number as other one was cancelled due to a fraud payment . Is it right i have to start a brand new subscription for us both as i tried this and it keeps saying Premier no longer available . Also what happens to all the rest of the months we have paid for as this renewing seems to be that they are going to take another lot of money from us . We wanted to get some keys but obviously cannot as old credit card number no longer in use . Thanks for any help .

When you started your Premier Club membership, did you have an existing recurring membership going?
I ask because Gold Premier is not a recurring membership and, when it ends, the account goes back automatically to whatever membership was running at the time Gold Premier was purchased.

So, to set up a new credit card, you would just buy a new recurring membership for whatever time amount you used to buy e.g. one month, three months, six months, twelve months.
And yes, you would be charged for that purchase (and the purchased time tacked on the end of your current purchased membership time).

If you did not have an ordinary membership running, and you probably intend to buy another Gold Premier, there is no need to do anything about the new card until the time you buy the next Gold Premier.

You should be able to enter a new credit card number when doing a purchase of anything e.g. keys.
It might automatically show your old card but there should be an opportunity to enter a different number.
Check whether or not you have the "remember my card for next time" box ticked.
My advice is always to leave that box unticked for security reasons.

Thanks for answering . Yes we have had the year membership one now for the last 3 years . I just wondered what happened as we still have 4 and a half months left of the year one . I dont really want to pay out again for another 12 months each now when i just wanted to update my new card number . Before you could just update your card . Maybe we will leave it until renewal date just means they lose out on us buying keys . But thanks for your help .
