MY account was part of the percent that got messed up and being rolled back etc. How will I be able to go about to purchase premier-club gold as I had plans to add it to my RS account before it went away but never got chance to casue login issues that was not identified till the 4th. Is their a way i can pay for it now so my account will have it time accounts come back as this is first time I have been able to login to the website its self since 28 February.

I am sorry but it is too late now to purchase 2021 Premier Club.

The login lockout issue occurred on 4th March but Premier Club had gone off sale at midnight on 28th February.
There was no login lockout issue stopping a purchase of Premier Club before it went off sale.
It cannot be 'manually' added to an account after the end of the sale period.

The original page said it ended March 1st 2021 and in the discord I had even reported that I could not log into my account on the 1st that i was having issues trying log in that it was telling me to see a customer service rep Even in the video that they made they had said that accounts where going be able to still get premier and I even asked what if we was not able to get in since the 1st seeing mine had expired. I am trying re assure what they had said in the video for making things right and now seams your telling me that they are not going make things right at all.

and if you look at my game I had bare came back to fresh RS3 account the Friday before didn't even get 4 days play time before I had issues come Monday on the lock out.

Yes I did I got the message login that said error see customer service and when I went to the website like now I couldn't login so I joined the discord server to seek help seeing I couldn't get into the website. No one new what was wrong then more of us started show up and in the video it was during the member section they was talking about premier members who lost their sub or haven't the chance to due to the lock out. So was looking how we are to go about it cause I had the problem since the 1st the same day I got paid so I could purchase it. I don't care about the discount I just want be able to purchase gold premier for my account so I can enjoy max benefits returning to rs3 since last time I logged in was 2007.
