Its a tad over the due date for it, but It’s because I’ve been trying to get in contact with RS3 Support with no response, I originally created this account a couple days before the premier ran out with the intention of getting the bundle (Instant Jack of Trades needed for herblore grind on Ironman mode) & swore I purchased it. I must’ve seen another account detail on my paypal and mixed it up. Is there any way I can get premier for 2021 if I’m able to get in contact with Jagex billing? Take my money I neeeeed JoTs haha.

To contact Billing Support use the 'Contact Us' button on the Common Credit Card Issues support page and navigate through to a message form.
You are a whole month late. :(
I don't know what you have been trying but you need to always fill out a webform to contact Jagex Billing Support.

You can check exactly what you purchased by looking at the confirmation email you were sent and/or looking in the 'Messages' tab in account management.
Premier Club is shown as 'Premier Bronze', 'Premier Silver' or Premier Gold'.
If something else is shown, you didn't buy Premier Club in February and, I expect, it is too late to change it now. :(
