I now have lost both my memberships because we are now being directed to a third-party spot that does not offer credit card purchases. this is both upsetting and ridiculous please fix this problem I have been a member since 2010
Is this issue related to your earlier post in August last year? meaning are you only being given the option to purchase with a PaySafeCard?
If it isn't, the only other thing I can think of is that you are in one of the 'Global Partner' zones and have to pay through them (South America, Central America, Mexico).
If you are in a Global Partner zone, you won't be able to change the payment arrangements.
If you are not in a Global Partner zone, you need to message Billing Support to discuss the problem with them.
