i have 775 keys atm,
tried to buy the mobile deal where u pay 40 dollars and get 450keys and 2400 runecoins
and it charged me but i didnot recieve them.

soooooooo? anyone know if im unable to ge tmore keys past a certain number? did i get fucked? assume i hav to request refund from google play or anyone know wat? Co-Owner of Stormguard...the bird is the word.

I'd suggest heading over to the billing support forum, and if you're unable to find an answer, the Support section may offer more assistance. Having a read there may answer your question, if it doesn't Jagex would be your next port of call, assuming it's from Jagex you bought the Keys not through a third party like google?

Silly question but, you've tried relogging? Did you receive a confirmation email/checked mobile banking app to confirm it's been taken out? If you've paid and not received there may be an error between RS and the money being taken, which is unfortunately beyond my specialism of a hammer
