i redeemed a bond on osrs it dissapeared out of my inventory and im not members and i cant access bond pouch

I've just encountered this issue as well. Redeemed one bond, got a message saying the processing was completed, but never got membership and couldn't get into a membership world. Confused, I redeemed another one and the same issue... Never had this happen before but now I'm out two bonds and am afraid to try redeeming more

more then likely is down but just hope we get our bonds back or atleast access to the members world.

it was a bond i purchased via ingame gp not irl cash

Same exact thing happened to me aswell... redeemed a bond, it said you have 14 days of membership but now i dont have membership or the bond. Please help

It looks like this is a known issue, and it's a result of the ongoing billing maintenance.

Mod Sarnie has confirmed that the membership will be applied to your accounts when the maintenance has been completed.
