I had card linked to my account and forgot I had. I purchased a year of play through Walmart card and had used it and last year I purchased a year through my checking account and Jagex had continually been taking out money off a credit card. I had been paying for time even though I was purchasing a year at a time the last 2 years in other payment methods. I recently removed card and now it is saying my membership will expire in Jan 22 of 2023. How in the world can this be with I had purchaed 2 years worth of play the last 2 years and the whole time Jagex was taking payments off my card for membership can someone please help me I should have plenty of membership left. Thank you

Either you have been paying for another account or else you have been paying for RuneMetrics on your account.

Start off by doing some digging yourself:
Use the 'Email Reminder' button on the Forgotten login support page to get a list of accounts you own emailed to you.
Log into those accounts to see if you can discover if any of them are members and shouldn't be.

Check the email confirmations about the payments to see exactly what was paid for.
The emails should list both the account names and what was purchased. This will tell you if you have been paying for RuneMetrics.
Check old emails over the past couple of years to find all the payments made.

Once you have found out everything you can find out from your end, message Jagex Billing Support and get them to check your account.
Go to the Double charged support page, read through it and use the 'Contact Us' button to message Billing Support.

They are extremely busy at the moment and it could be a week before you get replied to.
Be patient and they will be able to resolve this for you. :)

i cannot get into Runescape because I do not have internet exployer on my mac-
These updates by Runescape do not take into consideration that internet exployer is no longer supported by Microsoft and so it is no longer downloadable to a mac
got any ideas?
