Upgrading Premier Club Issue

I purchased the bronze premier club package and want to upgrade to the silver package. I bought 5 bonds to do so, but I cannot redeem them for the upgrade. I click redeem on the bonds and then select to use on premier club package, but then I receive the game message "You are already a premier member." My membership runs out in just over a week, and I'm afraid I will not be able to upgrade after that happens. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Currently there are a bunch of server issues, with random payment issues getting in between. It's possible that there is currently an issue with redeeming bonds to upgrade your VIP membership, as you should be able to upgrade if you have an existing package.

You may want to submit a bug report in-game of this issue. As mentioned before things are currently on fire so this may not be a very high priority for Jagex to fix. I will also flag this on my end to Jagex to ask someone to look at this before your membership runs out.

I submitted a bug report in-game under "Gameplay" bug, which I thought was the most relevant category that didn't redirect me to the Jagex support pages (which I looked through before posting). I am aware of the bigger issues that are currently going and definitely deserve top priority, but I am worried about not being able to upgrade if my issue isn't resolved after a week. Hopefully this post in the forums will help me plead my case to the moderators if I get the chance. Thank you very much for your help and response.

Yeah, there is no support page with a contact option on the matter. I did hear back that they will look into the problem this weekend, and that it may be worth it to submit a billing ticket as well. As there is no contact page for this issue in specific, I'd recommend using this one: Recurring subscription rebill failed and refer to your bug report in the explanation.

Edit: Just a quick edit to ensure you that I haven't forgotten you and have been spamming Jagex to resolve the issue :P
